Collaborate
Draw Charlottesville works with individuals, local schools, art classes, galleries, and nonprofit organizations to encourage artists of all abilities to closely observe the built environment around them, adding their own unique perspective to the observations of others. Please contact us if you are interested in collaborating: drawcharlottesville (at) gmail (dot) com. We have worked with Second Street Gallery, the Fralin Art Museum, Buford Middle School, IX Art Park, Tandem School, and more. We are grateful to Scrappy Elephant for providing many of our supplies. Whenever possible, we seek to ensure events are free or as affordable as possible.
Below are a few ideas and resources about how we can collaborate with you and your group. If you have another idea, please connect with us via email or Instagram. We want to hear more.
We love to see K-12 students exploring our prompts and uses Draw Charlottesville to explore our city. Here are some suggestions on how to use DC in the classroom.
